    X80管线钢在不同pH满洲里土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为

    Corrosion Behavior of X80 Pipeline Steel in Simulated Manzhouli Soil Solution with Different pH

    • 摘要: 采用动电位极化和电化学阻抗技术研究了X80管线钢在pH为6.2, 7.35, 8.5, 9.65, 10.8的满洲里土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为, 并观察了试验钢的腐蚀形貌。结果表明: 在pH较低(pH为6.2~9.65)的溶液中, 极化曲线平滑, 当pH升至10.8时, 极化曲线出现短暂的活化钝化转变区; X80管线钢在5种pH溶液中均呈活化溶解的特性; 随着溶液的pH升高, 电极极化电阻增大, 腐蚀呈减缓的趋势; 当溶液pH为6.2时, 腐蚀产物膜受到破坏, 钢的腐蚀严重; 当pH为7.35~9.65时, 钢表面有数量相近的点蚀坑, 此时pH对腐蚀的影响较小; 当pH为10.8时, 钢表面形成了致密的腐蚀产物膜, 钢的腐蚀程度较轻。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in simulated Manzhouli soil solution with pH of 6.2, 7.35, 8.5, 9.65, 10.8 was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance technologies, besides, corrosion morphology of tested steel was observed. The results show that, when the solution′s pH was lower(pH was in the range from 6.2 to 9.65), the polarization curve was smooth, when the pH raised 10.8, the polarization curve appeared transient activation passive transition zone, X80 pipeline steel presented typical active dissolution characteristics in five kinds of solution with different pH; With solution′s pH rosing, the electrode polarization resistance increased, and corrosion took on a decrease trend;When the solution′s pH was 6.2, the corrosion product film was damaged, steel′s corrosion was serious; When pH was in the range from 7.35 to 9.65, pits on the steel′s surface had a similar numbers, this showed pH had little effect on corrosion; When pH was 10.8, a dense product film formed on the steel′s surface, and the corrosion of the steel was relative slight.
