    腐蚀/疲劳交替作用下2A12-T4铝合金的损伤特性

    Damage Characteristics of 2A12-T4 Aluminum Alloy under Alternating Action of Corrosion and Fatigue

    • 摘要: 对2A12-T4铝合金进行腐蚀/疲劳交替试验, 探讨了其在腐蚀/疲劳交替作用下的损伤特性。结果表明: 腐蚀和疲劳的耦合作用加剧了疲劳寿命的下降, 腐蚀坑在垂直于疲劳加载方向上形成表面小裂纹; 在腐蚀/疲劳交替作用下, 试样断口表面会产生多个疲劳源; 腐蚀/疲劳交替试验更接近飞机结构真实的使用坏境。

       

      Abstract: Alternating test of corrosion and fatigue for 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy was designed to explore the damage behavior in the interactive effect of corrosion and fatigue. The results show that the effect of corrosion and fatigue coupling decreased the fatigue life significantly. Small cracks initiated on the specimen surface from the corrosion pits in the direction perpendicular to the loading direction. Under the alternation of corrosion and fatigue, there were multiple fatigue crack initiation sites on the fatigue fracture surface. The present condition of alternating corrosion and fatigue experiment was much closer to the real environment for aircraft using.
