    Crevice Cathodic Polarization Characteristics of Q345E Steel in NaCl Solution

    • 摘要: 应用矩型缝隙模型研究了Q345E钢在NaCl溶液中的缝隙阴极极化特性, 重点研究了极化时间、缝口阴极极化控电位、缝口开口尺寸和NaCl溶液浓度等因素对缝隙内极化电位、极化电流密度的影响。结果表明: 随着极化时间的延长, 从缝口到缝底的极化电位和极化电流密度均逐渐减小; 缝口开口尺寸增大使得缝内各试样位置处的电极电位负移, 缝内各试样位置处的极化电位逐渐降低, 极化电流密度逐渐增大; 随着溶液中Cl-浓度的降低, 缝内各试样位置处的极化电位增大, 极化电流密度减小。

       

      Abstract: Crevice cathodic polarization characteristics of Q345E steel in NaCl solution were studied by a rectangular crevice model, especially in the influences of polarization time, polarization control potentials, crevice thicknesses and concentration of NaCl solution on polarization potential and polarization current density. Results show that the polarization potentials and polarization current densities in crevice from top to bottom were gradually decreased with polarization time. When the polarization control potentials shifted to negative with the growing of crevice opening size, the polarization potentials gradually decreased but the polarization current densities increased. Reducing the concentration of Cl- in solution, the polarization potentials of the samples in different positions of crevice increased but the polarization current density decreased.
