    Fatigue Crack Growth Behavior of X80 Pipeline Steel

    • 摘要: 对X80管线钢进行了拉伸试验和三点弯曲疲劳试验, 研究了该钢的拉伸断口形貌以及不同应力比(0.1, 0.4, 0.6)对疲劳裂纹扩展行为的影响。结果表明: X80管线钢具有连续屈服特征, 拉伸断口形貌呈韧窝状; 增大应力比会降低X80钢的疲劳寿命, 降低裂纹长度; 以应力强度因子幅值ΔK作为驱动参数, Paris公式可以很好地拟合不同应力比下X80管线钢的疲劳裂纹扩展速率。

       

      Abstract: Tensile test and three point bending fatigue test of X80 pipeline steel were carried out, and the tensile farcture and the effect of different stress ratios(0.1,0.4,0.6) on fatigue crack growth behavior were studied. The results show that X80 pipeline steel has the characteristics of continuous yielding and dimple tensile fracture. Increasing stress ration can decrease the fatigue life and the crack length of X80 steel. Paris′s law can well fit the fatigue crack growth rate of X80 pipeline steel at differnt stress ratios with stress intensity factor amplitude ΔK as driving parameter.
