    表面激光冲击强化对钛合金超高周弯曲疲劳性能的影响

    Effect of Surface Laser Shock Processing on Ultra-high Cycle Bending Fatigue Properties of Titanium Alloy

    • 摘要: 对TC17钛合金进行了表面激光冲击强化处理, 并对其残余应力分布进行了分析, 通过强化前后TC17钛合金的超高周弯曲疲劳性能试验, 疲劳试样断口形貌的观察, 研究了表面激光冲击强化对TC17钛合金的超高周弯曲疲劳性能的影响。结果表明: 经过激光冲击强化处理后, TC17钛合金的疲劳裂纹源从强化前的主要分布在表面和次表面, 全部转移到了次表面, 其超高周弯曲疲劳性能提高了一倍。

       

      Abstract: Laser shock processing was carried out on TC17 titanium alloy surface, and the residual stress distribution was analyzed. The influences of laser shock processing on ultra-high bending cycle fatigue properties of TC17 titanium alloy were investigated by means of ultra-high bending cycle fatigue tests for specimens before and after strengthening and observation of fracture morphology of fatigue specimens. The result show that the fatigue cracks appeared in the sub surface of TC17 titanium alloy after laser shock processing, which were distributed in the surface and sub surface before laser shock process, and its ultra-high bending cycle fatigue properties doubled after laser shock processing.
