Abstract: The recent progresses on TiO2 nanotubes arrays (TNTs) prepared by anodic oxidation progress are reviewed. The evolution of TNTs anodic oxidation preparation from constant voltage to alternating voltage is introduced. The effects of some factors such as voltage, current, electrolyte composition on morphology of TNTs are also introduced. The formation mechanisms of TNTs prepared in various electrolytes are compared.
