    白光LED用红色荧光粉的最新研究进展

    Recent Advances in Red Phosphors Used in White LED

    • 摘要: 白光LED因其寿命长、耗能低、体积小、对环境无害等优点而引起了广泛关注, 但由于其偏高的色温、较低的显色指数、较高的成本等局限了它的实际应用。红色荧光粉因对提高白光LED的显色指数、降低白光LED的色温具有突出作用而成为研究热点, 综述了白光LED用红色荧光粉的最新研究进展, 主要介绍了Eu3+、Sm3+激发的线状发射红色荧光粉, Eu2+、Ce3+激发的宽带发射红色荧光粉、Mn4+、Mn2+激发的红色荧光粉以及红色荧光粉的合成方法, 指出了红色荧光粉存在成本较高和种类较少, 以及合成大量红色荧光粉仍局限于高温固相反应法等问题, 解决这些问题是今后的主要研究方向。

       

      Abstract: Because of its long life, low energy consumption, small volume and harmlessness to the environment, white light-emitting diode(LED) has aroused extensive attention. But higher color temperature, lower color rendering index and higher cost limit the extensive application of white LED. Red phosphors play a critical role in raising the color rendering index and reducing the color temperature, so it becomes a hotspot. The recent adcances in red phosphors used in whith LED are reviewed, and red line emission phosphors activated by Eu3+, Sm3+, red broad band emission phosphors activated by Eu2+,Ce3+, red phosphors activated by Mn4+, Mn2+and the synthetic menthods of red phosphors are mainly introduced. The problems such as higher cost, smaller variety and the synthesis of red phosphors in large quantities restricted to solid-state reaction are pointed. Solving these problems is the main research direction in future.
