Abstract:
B-C-N co-penetrated layer was prepared on Q235 steel surface by powder imbedding method, and argon arc remelting was carried on the co-penetrated layer. The phase, cross sectional morphology, microhardness, abrasive wear property and erosive wear property of co-penetrated layer and remelted layer were studied. The result show that the phases including FeB, Fe2B, Fe2N, Fe8N and Fe3C generated in co-penetrated layer. The phases of FeB, Fe2N, Fe8N phases in co-penetrated layer dissappeared after argon arc remelting, and the new phases including Fe23(B, C)6 and Fe3N generated. The maximum microhardness of co-penetrated layer wass 1 198.4 HV, and that of the remelted layer was 1 192.8 HV, and the hardness gradient of the remelted layer changed gently. The wear resistance of co-penetrated layer and remelted layer were higher than that of Q235 steel substrate, and remelted layer had the relatively good wear resistance.
