    筋条参数对复合材料加筋壁板剪切承载能力的影响

    Effects of Stiffener Parameters on Shear Carrying Capacity of Composite Stiffened Wall Panel

    • 摘要: 通过对飞机上大量使用的复合材料加筋壁板进行剪切试验, 得到了不同筋条间距和腹板高度下加筋壁板的屈曲载荷和破坏载荷, 分析了筋条间距和腹板高度对加筋壁板剪切承载能力的影响。结果表明: 随着筋条间距增大, 加筋壁板由局部屈曲变为整体屈曲, 屈曲载荷和破坏载荷均逐渐减小; 随着腹板高度增大, 加筋壁板的屈曲载荷和破坏载荷均增大, 当腹板高度达到35 mm时则基本不再变化,分别保持在425 kN和775 kN左右。

       

      Abstract: Shearing test was carried on the composite stiffened wall panel widely used in aircraft, and buckling load and damage load of the stiffened wall panel were obtained at differe stiffener spacing and web height. The effects of stiffener spacing and web height on shear carrying capacity of the siffened wall panel were analyzed. Research show that the buckling form of the panel changed from local-buckling to overall-buckling and both the buckling load and damage load decreased with the increase of stiffener spacing. With the increase of web height, buckling load and damage load all increased and finally tended to certain value, the buckling load and damage load were about 425 kN and 775 kN, when the web height was up to 35 mm.
