湿拉拉拔速度对钢帘线用碳质量分数为0.92%镀铜钢丝性能的影响
Effects of Wet Drawn Speed on Property of 0.92wt.%C Brass-Plated Steel Wire Used for Steel Cord

摘要: 在相同的湿拉条件下对1.80 mm、0.92%碳(质量分数)的镀铜钢丝进行了不同速度的拉拔, 通过扭转分层仪、亨特疲劳试验机对湿拉至0.30 mm单丝的扭转分层性能以及亨特疲劳极限进行了测试。结果表明: 当湿拉速度高于13 m·s-1时, 单丝开始出现分层现象; 单丝扭转次数、亨特疲劳极限随着湿拉速度的提高呈下降趋势; 单丝性能下降的主要原因是由于随着湿拉速度的提升, 钢丝发热量逐渐增大, 渗碳体发生溶解所致。Abstract: The 0.92wt.%C brass-plated steel wire with diameter of 1.80 mm was drawn at different drawing speeds under the same wet drawing conditions. The properties of the obtained filaments with diameter of 0.3 mm were studied by torsion & delamination test and Hunter-type fatigue test. The results showed that filament delamination occurred when the wet drawing speed exceeded 13 m·s-1. With the increase of wet drawn speed, the torsion value and Hunter-type fatigue limit dropped. The temperature of steel wire rose as the wet drawing speed increased, resulting in cementite dissolution, which is the main reason for property degradation of the filament.
