    循环冷却水中SS317NC型杀菌剂对10钢腐蚀行为的影响

    Effect of SS317NC Bactericide on Corrosion Behavior of 10 Steel in Circulating Cooling Water

    • 摘要: 采用电化学测试、腐蚀失重试验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法, 研究了10钢在不同含量SS317NC型杀菌剂(90~170 mg·L-1)的循环冷却水中的腐蚀行为, 分析了杀菌剂对其腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明: 随着杀菌剂含量的增加, 10钢在硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)、铁氧化菌(IOB)和腐蚀性阴离子的共同作用下, 其腐蚀倾向和腐蚀速率均先降后升, 在杀菌剂含量为130 mg·L-1时最小, 且都小于没有加入杀菌剂时的; 10钢的基体表面呈现全面腐蚀, 没有活化-钝化转变区, 腐蚀产物主要为铁的氧化物及微量的硫化物; SS317NC型杀菌剂能够有效提高10钢的耐腐蚀性能。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behavior of 10 steel in simulated circulating cooling water containing different contents of SS317NC bactericide(90-170 mg·L-1)was studied by polarization curve test, scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum analysis and weight loss method, and the effects of SS317NC bactericide contents on the corrosion behavior were analyzed. The results show that under the combined action of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB), iron oxidizing bacteria (IOB) and corrosive anions, with the increase of SS317NC bactericide content the corrosion tendency and corrosion rate first decreased then increased, and achieved the minimum value when the bactericide content was 130 mg·L-1. The corrosion tendency and corrosion rate of 10 steel in simulated solution containing SS317NC bactericide were less than in those without bactericide. General corrosion was observed on the surface of 10 steel and there was no activation-passive transition zone. The corrosion products were composed mainly of iron oxides and few sulphides. SS317NC bactericide can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of 10 steel.
