    Interfacial Reaction for Brazing Al2O3 Ceramics in Atmospheric Environment with CuO Auxiliary Ag72Cu28 Eutectic Solder

    • 摘要: 采用CuO辅助Ag72Cu28共晶钎料的方法, 在大气环境中实现了Al2O3陶瓷的钎焊, 研究了钎焊接头的剪切强度、微观形貌以及界面反应产物和界面反应机理。结果表明:该方法可以得到结合良好的Al2O3陶瓷接头; 在钎焊温度为1 050 ℃、保温时间为10 min、CuO质量分数为10%的条件下进行钎焊时, 接头的剪切强度最高, 为39.04 MPa; 在钎焊过程中, 由于陶瓷表面CuO的存在使熔融铜向陶瓷表面富集并发生反应, 从而实现钎料的润湿和铺展; 在钎焊接头中可见清晰的界面过渡层, 界面反应产物主要为CuAl2O4及CuAlO2相。

       

      Abstract: A method with CuO auxiliary Ag72Cu28 eutectic solder was used to realize brazing Al2O3 ceramics in atmospheric environment. The shear strength and morphology of brazed joint, interfacial reaction products and mechanism were studied. The results show that when brazing temperature was 1 050 ℃, holding time was 10 min and mass fraction of CuO was 10wt%, shear strength of the joint was the highest, the srength was 39.04 MPa. During brazing, liquated Cu moved to the surface of Al2O3 ceramics with the help of CuO, and then the solder was easier wetting and spreading on Al2O3 surface. Interface transition layer could be observed clearly in brazed joint, and interfacial reaction products were mainly CuAl2O4 and CuAlO2 phases.
