    预烧结温度对多孔氧化锆陶瓷孔隙率和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Pre-sintering Temperature on Porosity and Mechanical Properties of Porous Zirconia Ceramics

    • 摘要: 将氧化锆亚微米粉干压、冷等静压成型后在850~1 100 ℃下进行预烧结,制得了多孔氧化锆陶瓷, 研究了预烧结温度对陶瓷孔隙率、硬度和抗弯强度的影响; 然后对多孔氧化锆陶瓷进行铣削试验, 获得了适合铣削的多孔氧化锆陶瓷的预烧结温度。结果表明: 随着预烧结温度升高, 氧化锆陶瓷的孔隙率降低, 硬度和抗弯强度增加; 当预烧结温度高于1 000 ℃后, 陶瓷颗粒间会形成烧结颈, 将大幅提高陶瓷的力学性能; 适合铣削的多孔氧化锆陶瓷的预烧结温度为1 050 ℃。

       

      Abstract: Firstly, submicron zirconia powder was dry compacted and cold isostatic pressed, and then the blocks were pre-sintered at the temperature range from 850 ℃ to 1 100 ℃. The effects of pre-sintering temperature on porosity, hardness and bending strength of the ceramics were studied. After that, milling experiment was carried out on porous zirconia ceramics, suitable pre-sintering temperature for milling porous zirconia ceramic was obtained for milling. The results show that the porosity of porous zirconia ceramics decreased, hardness and bending strength increased as the pre-sintering temperature rose from 850 ℃ to 1 000 ℃. When pre-sintering temperature was above 1 000 ℃, the ceramic particles would form sintering neck, this would greatly improve the mechanical properties of the ceramics. The suitable pre-sintering temperature for milling porous zirconia ceramics was 1 050 ℃.
