芯材结构对三维中空夹芯复合材料压缩性能的影响
Influence of Pile Structure on Compressive Properties of Three Dimension Hollow Sandwich Composite

摘要: 制备了芯材高度分别为2, 4, 6, 8 mm, 芯材间距(与密度成反比)分别为4, 6, 8 mm的三维中空夹芯复合材料, 并对其进行平压和侧压试验, 研究了芯材高度和密度对压缩性能的影响。结果表明: 复合材料的平压强度随着芯材高度的增加而逐渐减小, 随着芯材密度的增加而增大; 复合材料的侧压强度随着芯材高度和芯材密度的增加而增大, 且纬向的侧压强度高于经向的。Abstract: Three dimension hollow sandwich composite (3D composite) with pile height of 2, 4, 6, 8 mm, and pile distance (in inverse proportion of density) of 4, 6 mm and 8 mm were prepared, and then flatwise compression and side compression experiments were carried out on the composite. The influences of pile height and density on compressive property of the composite were studied. The results indicate that the flatwise compressive strength of the composites decreased with the increase of pile height, and increased with the increase of pile density. The side compressive strength of the composite increased with the increase of pile height and pile density, and side compressive strength in weft direction was higher than that in warp direction.
