    外加能场消除钢凝固成形缺陷的研究进展

    Research Progress on External Energy Filed Removing Solidification Forming Defects of Steels

    • 摘要: 综述了外加能场(电磁场和超声场)消除钢凝固成形缺陷的研究进展。在钢液凝固过程中施加电磁场主要是借助于电磁力的搅拌作用, 达到细化晶粒, 减轻疏松、偏析和裂纹的目的; 在钢液凝固过程中施加超声场主要是借助于超声波的空化效应和声流效应, 实现细化晶粒, 减少夹杂物, 从而提高钢的力学性能; 施加电磁-超声复合能场是消除大尺寸连铸钢坯凝固成形缺陷的新方法, 并对其后续研究提出了几个需要考虑的问题。

       

      Abstract: The research progress on removing solidification forming defects of steels by introducing external energy fields (electromagnetic field and ultrasonic field) is reviewed. It is with the aid of stirring of electromagnetic force to refine grain, reduce porosity, segregation and cracks, while the application of electromagnetic field on liquid steels during solidification. It is with the aid of cavitation effect and acoustic streaming effect of ultrasound to refine grain, reduce inclusion, so as to enhance mechanical property of steels, while the application of ultrasonic field on liquid steels during solidification. The electromagnetic-ultrasonic compound fields will be a new method to remove solidification forming defects of large size continuos casting steels billet, and some problems need to consider for the new method in follow-up research are presented.
