    不同冷轧退火工艺下薄带连铸无取向硅钢的组织和磁性能

    Microstructure and Magnetic Properties of Strip-Casting Non-oriented Silicon Steel at Different Cold Rolling and Annealing Processes

    • 摘要: 针对1.5 mm厚双辊薄带连铸Fe-1.3%Si无取向硅钢铸带在不同变形量(56.7%, 66.7%, 76.7%)下进行冷轧, 之后再在不同温度(800, 850, 900, 950 ℃)和时间(1, 3, 5, 7 min)下进行退火处理, 研究了硅钢的显微组织、析出相和磁性能。结果表明: 在退火过程中钢中的析出物以MnS为主, 其尺寸主要在30~40 nm之间, 对晶粒的钉扎作用较为明显; 退火硅钢的磁感B50稳定在1.77~1.80 T; 随着变形量从56.7%增大到76.7%, 再结晶晶粒明显细化, 退火硅钢的铁损P15/50从5.54 W·kg-1下降到4.23 W·kg-1; 变形量为66.7%的硅钢在900 ℃退火5 min后, 再结晶晶粒较大, 硅钢的磁性能最优, P15/50约为4.54 W·kg-1。

       

      Abstract: A 1.5 mm thickness Fe-1.3%Si non-oriented silicon steel as-cast strip produced by strip casting was cold rolled at different reductions (56.7%, 66.7%, 76.7%) and annealed at different temperatures (800, 850, 900, 950 ℃) and time (1, 3, 5, 7 min). The microstructure, precipitate and magnetic properties of the silicon steel were investigated. The results show that MnS particles with size of 30-40 nm were the main precipitate during annealing, which had significantly pinning effect on grain. The magnetic induction B50 of annealed silicon steel maintained at 1.77-1.80 T. With the increase of cold rolling reduction from 56.7% to 76.7%, the average size of recrystallized grains refined obviously and core loss P15/50 decreased from 5.54 W·kg-1 to 4.23 W·kg-1. Relatively large recrystallized grains were obtained when the cold rolled silicon steel with 66.7% reduction was annealed at 900 ℃ for 5 min, leading to the optimal magnetic properties (P15/50= 4.54 W·kg-1).
