    稀土掺杂氟氧化物微晶玻璃的研究进展

    Research Progress of Rare Earth Doped Oxy-fluoride Glass Ceramics

    • 摘要: 稀土掺杂氟氧化物微晶玻璃由于兼具氟化物和氧化物的优点, 在上转换三基色发光、光纤放大器、近红外发光器材等方面应用前景广阔。综述了稀土掺杂氟氧化物微晶玻璃在组成、性能及应用等方面的研究进展, 并对该领域存在的问题和未来发展趋势进行了探讨。

       

      Abstract: Rare earth doped oxy-fluoride glass ceramics have greater prospects in the application of up-conversion color light-emitting material, fiber amplifier and near-infrared light-emitting materials, due to its advantages of both fluorides and oxides. The research progress on the composition, properties and applications of the rare earth doped oxy-fluoride glass ceramics are reviewed, and the existed problems and development trend in this field are also discussed.
