    Negative Thermal Expansion ZrV2O7 Powders Prepared by Different Methods

    • 摘要: 尝试采用湿化学法、水热法和水浴法制备负热膨胀特性ZrV2O7粉体, 研究了不同方法制备的ZrV2O7粉体的纯度和形貌, 以及煅烧温度对该粉体纯度和形貌的影响。结果表明: 水浴法未能成功制备出ZrV2O7粉体, 湿化学法和水热法制备出了纯度较高的ZrV2O7粉体, 且水热法的制备效率更高; 在水热法制备ZrV2O7粉体过程中, 随着煅烧温度升高, ZrV2O7粉体的纯度先升高后降低, 在750 ℃煅烧后的纯度最高, 为97.95%, 针状、棒状以及表面的杂质颗粒完全消失。

       

      Abstract: Negative thermal expansion ZrV2O7 powders were prepared by wet chemical method, hydrothermal method and water bath method, respectively; The purity and morphology of the powders prepared by different methods were studied, as well as the effects of calcination temperature on purity and morphology. The results show that ZrV2O7 powders couldn′t be prepared by water bath method, but could be successfully preapared by the other methods, and the purity of ZrV2O7 powders prepared by hydrothermal method and wet chemical method was high, and the preparation efficiency of the latter was higher. The purity of ZrV2O7 powders increased and then increased with the increase of calcination temperature; When calcination temperature was 750 ℃, the purity of the powders prepared by hydrothermal method was the best, 97.95%, acicular and clubbed particles and the particles with smooth surface completely disappeared.
