    Q890D高强钢中厚板焊接接头残余应力的有限元模拟

    Finite Element Modeling of Residual Stress in Weld Joint of Q890D High Strength Steel Medium and Heavy Plate

    • 摘要: 对厚度为8 mm的Q890D高强钢中厚板对接焊接接头中的残余应力进行了有限元模拟, 重点分析了接头中残余应力的分布和大小, 并采用X射线衍射法和盲孔法进行了试验验证。结果表明: 焊接接头中的纵向残余应力在起、收弧位置表现为压应力, 中间部分表现为拉应力, 拉应力的峰值为823.4 MPa; 随着距焊缝距离增大, 横向残余应力逐渐减小, 且表现为拉应力; 模拟结果与X射线衍射法的测试结果吻合得较好, 误差为17.4%, 证明了有限元模型的准确性。

       

      Abstract: Distribution and value of residual stress in welded joint of Q890D high strength steel medium and heavy plate of 8 mm thick were analyzed by finite element modeling, and X-ray diffraction method and blind-hole method were used to verify. The results show that, longitudinal residual stress in the welded joint was compressive stress in arc starting and arc stopping positions, the middle parts was tensile stress and the value of peak stress was 823.4 MPa. With the increase of distance from weld seam, transverse residual stress gradually decreased, and it showed tensile stress. The simulated results were in good agreement with the measured results from X-ray diffraction method, the error between them was 17.4%, this proved the accuracy of the finite element model.
