    某油井套管接箍发生开裂的原因

    Cracking Causes for Casing Coupling in an Oil Well

    • 摘要: 基于断口形貌、化学成分、力学性能、显微组织和腐蚀产物成分等的分析对某油井套管接箍发生开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明: 接箍开裂主要是由硫化氢造成的应力腐蚀开裂; 套管入井后接触到了硫化氢腐蚀介质, 导致接箍外表面发生严重的点腐蚀, 形成腐蚀坑, 加之接箍所受的拉应力较大, 拉应力与腐蚀介质的交互作用最终导致接箍发生应力腐蚀开裂; 为防止事故再次发生, 建议选用抗硫接箍材料, 并选用特殊螺纹与套管连接。

       

      Abstract: Based on the anslysis of fracture morphology, chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and corrosion products, the cracking causes for casing coupling in an oil well were analyzed. The results show that the main cause for coupling cracking was the stress corrosion cracking because of hydrogen sulfide. The sulfide corrosive media, which the couplings were exposed to in the well, led to serious pitting corrosion on the surface of couplings, and then etch pits formed, finally the coupling cracked under the action of both tensile stress and media environment. In order to prevent the recurrence of the accident, it is suggested that sulfide-resistant pipe and premium connections should be used in this area.
