    回火温度对含硼高强钢显微组织和力学性能的影响

    Effects of Tempering Temperature on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of High-Strength Boron Steel

    • 摘要: 对一种含硼高强钢进行轧制和淬火处理后,再在200~600 ℃进行回火处理,研究了回火温度对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着回火温度的升高,试验钢的显微组织由针状马氏体转变为板条状马氏体,其强度和硬度降低,伸长率增大,而冲击功先增后降再增;在300~400 ℃回火后,试验钢出现了较明显的回火脆性现象,Fe-C-B化合物在晶界的析出是产生回火脆性的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: A high-strength boron steel was tempered at 200-600℃ after rolling and quenching, and then the effects of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel were studied. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the microstructure of the tested steel changed from needle-like martensite to lath-like martensite. The strength and hardness decreased while the elongation increased and the impact energy first increased then decreased and then increased. The obvious phenomenon of tempering brittleness of the tested steel appeared after tempering at 300-400℃, which was mainly caused by the precipitation of Fe-C-B type compound at the grain boundary.
