    不同增韧剂对聚乳酸增韧改性效果及其FDM打印件性能的影响

    Effects of Different Tougheners on Toughening Modification Effect of Poly(lactic acid) and Property of FDM Printed Parts

    • 摘要: 采用质量分数为5%,10%,15%的聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)、乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(PTW)、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)等3种增韧剂分别对聚乳酸(PLA)进行增韧改性并制备得到了丝材,应用熔融沉积成形(FDM)技术将丝材直接打印成形,研究了增韧剂对丝材及打印件性能的影响。结果表明:3种增韧剂与PLA均具有较好的相容性,PTW改性PLA丝材的流动性最佳,且随PTW含量的增加而更好;随增韧剂含量的增多,改性PLA打印件的拉伸强度降低,冲击韧度增大;采用质量分数为10%PTW改性的PLA丝材最适用于FDM打印成形,该丝材流动性适当,打印件表面光滑。

       

      Abstract: Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) was toughening modified using three tougheners of poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT), poly(ethylene-butyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate) (PTW) and thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU), all with the mass fractions of 5%, 10%, 15%, respectively, and then the wires were prepared and directly formed by fused deposition modeling (FDM) technique. The effects of the tougheners on the property of wires and printed parts were studied. The results show that all three tougheners had the good compatibility with PLA. The flowability of PTW modified PLA wire was the best and increased with the increase of PTW content. With the increase of toughener content, the tensile strength of the modified PLA printed part decreased while the impact toughness increased. The 10wt% PTW modified PLA wire was the most suitable for FDM printing because of the appropriate flowability; the surface of the printed part was smooth.
