    丁腈橡胶复合材料的制备与性能

    Preparation and Properties of Nitrile Rubber Composite

    • 摘要: 通过物理共混法制备出各组分分散均匀的丁腈橡胶复合材料,研究了硫化剂、防老剂、耐寒增塑剂的种类及用量对丁腈橡胶复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:当防老剂体系为4010NA/RD/AW/NBC/石蜡,用量分别为1,1,1.5,2,1 质量份时,丁腈橡胶复合材料具有优异的耐热空气和耐臭氧老化性能;当耐寒增塑剂为DOA且其用量为6 质量份时,丁腈橡胶复合材料具有良好的耐低温和耐油老化性能;采用复合硫化体系DCP/S/DM/CZ且用量分别为2.5,0.5,0.3,0.5 质量份时,丁腈橡胶复合材料的耐热空气老化和耐低温性能较好;当NBR(35%)/NBR(26%)、ZnO、SA、N550、S、DM、CZ、DCP、DOA、4010NA、RD、NBC、AW、石蜡的加入量分别为50/50,5,1.5,60,0.5,0.3,0.5,2.5,6,1.5,1,1,1.5,1质量份时,丁腈橡胶复合材料具有优异的综合性能。

       

      Abstract: The nitrile rubber composites with component dispersed uniformly was prepared by physical blending method. The effect of vulcanizing agent, antioxidant and cold-resistant plasticizer on the properties of nitrile rubber composite was studied. The results show that when the antioxidant system was 4010NA/RD/AW/NBC/paraffin and dosages were 1, 1, 1.5, 2, 1 phr, respectively, nitrile rubber composite had excellent hot air and ozone aging resistance. When the cold-resistant plasticizer was DOA and its dosage was 6 phr, nitrile rubber composite had excellent low temperature resistance and good oil resistance. When the compound vulcanization system DCP/S/DM/CZ was used and dosages were 2.5, 0.5, 0.3, 0.5 phr, respectively, nitrile rubber composite had better hot air aging resistance and low temperature resistance. When the dosages of NBR (35%)/NBR (26%), ZnO, SA, N550, S, DM, CZ, DCP, DOA, 4010NA, RD, NBC, AW, paraffin were 50/50, 5, 1.5, 60, 0.5, 0.3, 0.5, 2.5, 6, 1.5, 1, 1, 1.5, 1 phr, nitrile rubber composites had the excellent comprehensive properties.
