    Microstructure and Properties of Enamel Coating with Different Thicknesses on Surface of 38CrMoAl Steel

    • 摘要: 以A8005搪瓷粉为原料,在900℃保温45 min条件下在38CrMoAl钢表面烧结制备不同厚度(116,256,352,470 μm)搪瓷涂层,研究了涂层的微观结构、硬度、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:随着厚度的增加,搪瓷涂层的气孔数量先减后增,硬度、耐腐蚀性能、耐磨性能先增后降;当厚度为256 μm时,搪瓷涂层的性能最佳,内部气孔数量最少,表面光滑致密,硬度为720 HV0.1,磨损率为2.9×10-13 m3·N-1·m-1,耐蚀性能评级RP/RA为10/10vsB。

       

      Abstract: With A8005 enamel powder as raw material, the enamel coating with different thicknesses (116, 256, 352, 470 μm) were prepared on the surface of 38CrMoAl steel after sintering at 900℃ for 45 min, and then the microstructure, hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied. The results show that with increasing thickness, the pore amount in the enamel coating decreased and then increase, while the hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance increased and then decreased. When the thickness was 256 μm, the performance of the enamel coating was the best; the inner pore amount was the smallest, the surface was smooth and dense, the hardness was 720 HV0.1, the wear rate was 2.9×10-13 m3·N-1·m-1, and the corrosion resistance rating RP/RA was 10/10vsB.
