Abstract:
With A8005 enamel powder as raw material, the enamel coating with different thicknesses (116, 256, 352, 470
μm) were prepared on the surface of 38CrMoAl steel after sintering at 900℃ for 45 min, and then the microstructure, hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied. The results show that with increasing thickness, the pore amount in the enamel coating decreased and then increase, while the hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance increased and then decreased. When the thickness was 256
μm, the performance of the enamel coating was the best; the inner pore amount was the smallest, the surface was smooth and dense, the hardness was 720 HV0.1, the wear rate was 2.9×10
-13 m
3·N
-1·m
-1, and the corrosion resistance rating
RP/
RA was 10/10vsB.
