    热镀55% Al-Zn钢板的耐热性能

    Heat Resistance of Hot-dipped 55%Al-Zn Steel Sheet

    • 摘要: 对热镀55%Al-Zn钢板分别进行了300,350,400,450 ℃的烘烤处理,研究了不同温度烘烤24 h后其表面镀层的光泽度、单位面积质量、形貌、化学成分、结合性能等的变化,分析了该钢板的耐热性能。结果表明:在不超过350 ℃下烘烤24 h后,镀层未发生任何变化;当在400 ℃烘烤24 h后,镀层的光泽度略微下降,表面出现裂纹,但表面形貌、化学成分、单位面积质量和结合性能均未发生明显变化;当在450 ℃烘烤24 h后,镀层的光泽度显著降低,单位面积质量明显减小,结合性能变差,部分镀层脱落。

       

      Abstract: The hot-dipped 55%Al-Zn steel sheet was baked at 300,350,400,450℃, respectively, and the changes of the gloss, mass per unit area, morphology, chemical composition and bonding performance of the hot-dipped aluminum zinc steel sheet baked for 24 h at different temperatures were studied. The heat resistance of the steel sheet was analyzed. The results show that the performance of the plating did not change after baking at 350℃ or below for 24 h. When baked at 400℃ for 24 h, the gloss of the plating declined slightly, the cracks appeared on the surface, but the surface morphology, chemical composition, mass per unit area and bonding performance changed little. When baked at 450℃ for 24 h, the gloss and mass per unit area of the plating decreased obviously, the bonding performance got worse, and part of the plating flaked off.
