    工艺参数对热塑性聚氨酯改性聚甲醛塑料在盐酸中催化分解率的影响

    Effect of Parameters on Catalytic Decomposition Rate of Thermoplastic Polyurethane Modified Polyoxymethylene Plastics in Hydrochloric Acid

    • 摘要: 研究了盐酸质量分数、温度、浸泡时间对不同配方热塑性聚氨酯改性聚甲醛(TPU/POM)塑料催化分解率的影响,确定了TPU/POM塑料分解的最佳工艺参数,并观察了其分解后的形貌。结果表明:TPU/POM塑料试样的分解率随着盐酸质量分数的增大、盐酸温度的升高、浸泡时间的延长而增大;试样中POM完全分解的最佳工艺参数为盐酸质量分数20%、温度50 ℃、浸泡时间6 h或盐酸质量分数20%、温度60 ℃、浸泡时间2 h或3h;在最佳的工艺参数下,随着TPU含量的增加,分解后试样由细小颗粒状变成直径更小的带孔隙圆柱体状。

       

      Abstract: The effect of mass fraction of hydrochloric acid, temperature and soaking time on the hydrochloric decomposition rate of thermoplastic polyurethane modified polyoxymethylene (TPU/POM) plastics with different formulas was studied. The optimum process parameters for the decomposition of the TPU/POM plastics were determined and the appearance of the sample after decomposition was observed. The results show that the decomposition rate of TPU/POM plastics sample increased with the increase of hydrochloric acid mass fraction, temperature and soaking time. The optimum process parameters for the complete decomposition of POM in the sample were listed as follows:the hydrochloric acid mass fraction of 20%, the temperature of 50℃ and the soaking time of 6 h or the hydrochloric acid mass fraction of 20%, the temperature of 60℃, and the soaking time of 2 h or 3 h. With the optimum parameters, the morphology of decomposed sample was changed to a porous cylinder shape with a smaller diameter from tiny particle shape with increasing content of TPU.
