    Reason for Corrosion of Al-Mg-Cu Alloy Drainage Plate for Disconnector

    • 摘要: 研究了腐蚀后Al-Mg-Cu合金引流板的显微组织、微区成分、电化学腐蚀性能以及腐蚀产物成分等,并与新引流板的进行了对比,分析了其腐蚀失效的原因。结果表明:Al-Mg-Cu合金引流板的腐蚀是由含硫的酸雨引起的,电流热效应导致引流板的组织老化,θ相的析出和粗化使引流板的耐腐蚀性能进一步降低。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure, micro area composition, electrochemical corrosion property and corrosion product composition of the corroded Al-Mg-Cu alloy drainage plate were investigated and compared with those of the new drainage plate. The reason for corrosion failure was analyzed. The results show that the corrosion of the Al-Mg-Cu alloy drainage plate was caused by acid rain containing sulphur element; the thermal effect of electric current led to the aged structure of the drainage plate, and the precipitation and coarsening of θ phase decreased the corrosion resistance of the drainage plate further.
