    Corrosion Behavior of 12Cr1MoV Steel in Alkali Metal Sulfur-chloride Salt

    • 摘要: 将12Cr1MoV钢在不同温度(500,550,600℃)、不同组成的KCl-K2SO4熔盐中进行腐蚀试验,研究了温度和熔盐组成对试验钢腐蚀动力学、腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物的影响。结果表明:随温度的升高或熔盐中K2SO4含量的增加,试验钢的腐蚀加剧;在600℃ KCl-25% K2SO4(质量分数,下同)熔盐中腐蚀后,试验钢表面存在大量的孔洞,腐蚀产物呈颗粒状,而在600℃ KCl-75% K2SO4熔盐中腐蚀后,表面孔洞较少,腐蚀产物呈片状;在600℃ KCl-25% K2SO4熔盐中腐蚀后,试验钢呈现非均匀腐蚀形貌,在550℃和500℃下呈现均匀腐蚀形貌,腐蚀内层主要由铁、铬氧化物组成,铬元素含量随温度升高而减少;在550℃ KCl-75% K2SO4熔盐中腐蚀形成的腐蚀内层厚度为83.8 μm,比在550℃ KCl-25% K2SO4熔盐中形成的厚了近1倍,且腐蚀内层更致密、孔洞更小。

       

      Abstract: Corrosion tests in KCl-K2SO4 molten salts with different composition at different temperatures (500, 550, 600℃) were conducted on 12Cr1MoV steel. The effects of temperature and molten salt composition on corrosion kinetics, corrosion morphology and corrosion products of the tested steel were studied. The results show that with the rise of temperature or with the increase of K2SO4 content in molten salts, the corrosion of the tested steel increased. After corrosion in KCl-25wt%K2SO4 molten salt at 600℃, a large number of holes existed on surface of the tested steel and the corrosion products were granular; after corrosion in KCl-75wt%K2SO4 molten salt at 600℃, few holes existed on surface of the tested steel and the corrosion products were flake. The tested steel presented uneven corrosion morphology after corrosion in KCl-25wt%K2SO4 molten salt at 600℃ while showed uniform corrosion morphology at 550℃ and 500℃. The inner corrosion layer was composed of oxides of Fe and Cr, and the Cr content decreased with the temperature rising. The thickness of inner corrosion layer formed during corrosion in KCl-75wt%K2SO4 molten salt at 550℃ was 83.8 μm, nearly twice that formed in KCl-25wt%K2SO4 molten salt at 550℃, and the inner corrosion layer was relatively dense and the holes were relatively small.
