    乙炔流量对多弧离子镀CrCN涂层显微组织和性能的影响

    Effects of C2H2 Flow Rate on Microstructure and Property of Multi-arc Ion Plated CrCN Coating

    • 摘要: 使用多弧离子镀技术在不同乙炔流量(75,125,200,400 mL·min-1)下在SKD11模具钢表面制备了CrCN涂层,研究了乙炔流量对涂层显微组织、硬度、结合性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:随着乙炔流量的增加,CrCN涂层的表面粗糙度和厚度先增后降,硬度和结合力均呈现下降的趋势;当乙炔流量较低时,CrCN涂层有良好的排磨屑能力;当乙炔流量增加至400 mL·min-1时,涂层出现层状裂纹;涂层的磨损机制为轻微的磨粒磨损和黏着磨损。

       

      Abstract: CrCN coating was deposited on surface of SKD11 die steel by multi-arc ion plating technique at different C2H2 flow rates (75,125,200,400 mL·min-1). The effects of C2H2 flow rate on microstructure, hardness, bonding property, friction and wear behavior of the coating were studied. The results show that with C2H2 flow rate increasing, the surface roughness and thickness of the coating increased first and then decreased, and the hardness and adhesion strength decreased. When the C2H2 flow rate was relatively low, the CrCN coating had good ability to remove abrasive debris. When the C2H2 flow rate increased to 400 mL·min-1, layered cracks appeared in the coating. The wear mechanisms of the coatings were slight abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
