    超声辅助对TC4钛合金磨削力的影响

    Effect of Ultrasonic Assist on Grinding Force for TC4 Titanium Alloy

    • 摘要: 在室温下对TC4钛合金进行了超声辅助磨削试验和普通磨削试验,对比研究了磨削速度、进给深度、超声振动对合金磨削力的影响,分析了试样的表面加工质量。结果表明:超声磨削的法向磨削力和切向磨削力均随着磨削速度增大而下降且降幅减小,随着进给深度增大而增大且增幅增大;和普通磨削试样相比,超声磨削试样的法向磨削力和切向磨削力更低;超声磨削试样表面黏附的磨屑较少,表面加工质量更好。

       

      Abstract: Ultrasonic assisted grinding test and common grinding test were carried out on TC4 titanium alloy at room temperature. The effects of grinding speed, feed depth and ultrasonic vibration on the grinding force for the alloy were studied and compared. The surface machining quality of samples was analyzed. The results show that the normal grinding force and tangential grinding force for the ultrasonic grinding decreased with increasing grinding speed and the decreasing amplitude decreased, and increased with increasing feed depth and the increasing amplitude increased. The normal grinding force and tangential grinding force for the ultrasonic grinding sample were much lower than those for the common grinding sample. There were less debris adhering to the surface of ultrasonic grinding sample, and the surface machining quality was better.
