    Research Progress of Eco-Friendly Silicon Brass for Bathroom Industry

    • 摘要: 从产业化角度,综述了卫浴行业用环保硅黄铜的研究进展,重点介绍了低锌硅黄铜、硅铋黄铜、硅磷黄铜、硅锰黄铜的化学成分、综合性能以及生产应用情况,简单介绍了硅黄铜的变质处理,最后展望了环保硅黄铜的研究趋势,提出未来的研究方向应集中于降低成本、提高铸造性能以及进行变质处理等方面。

       

      Abstract: The research progress of eco-friendly silicon brass for bathroom industry is summarized from the point of industrialization. The chemical composition, comprehensive properties and producing application of low zinc silicon brass, silicon-bismuth brass, silicon-phosphorus brass and silicon-manganese brass are described in detail, and the modification of silicon brass is briefly introduced. The research trend of eco-friendly silicon brass is prospected, and the research direction in future, such as focusing on cost reduction, casting property improvement and modification, is put forward.
