    Research Progress of Cemented Carbide with Plate-Like WC Grains

    • 摘要: 结合WC晶粒的结构及其板状晶形成机理,从制备原料、球磨工艺、烧结工艺及非均匀结构等方面对含板状WC晶粒硬质合金的研究进展进行综述,指出了板状晶硬质合金现阶段所面临的问题及未来发展前景。

       

      Abstract: Combined with the structure of WC grain and its panarization mechanismmechanism, The research progress of cemented carbide with plate-like WC grains is reviewed from aspects of raw materials, ball milling, sintering processes and inhomogeneous structure. The problems and future development prospect of plate-like grain cemented carbide are proposed.
