    宏观纤维复合材料及其驱动器的研究与应用

    Research and Application of Macro Fiber Composite and Actuator

    • 摘要: 宏观纤维复合材料(Macro Fiber Composite,简称MFC)是一种新型压电纤维复合材料。用MFC制成的器件既是传感器也是驱动器。以d33模式的MFC驱动器为例,给出了MFC的压电本构方程,总结对比了目前常用的3种压电纤维片制备方法的优缺点。最后,通过列举MFC驱动器在不同领域的实际应用案例说明了其应用现状,展望了MFC驱动器的应用与发展前景。

       

      Abstract: Macro fiber composite (MFC for short) is a new type of piezoelectric fiber composite material. Devices made of MFC are both sensors and actuators. With a d33 mode MFC actuator as an example, the piezoelectric constitutive equation of MFC is given. Advantages and disadvantages of three methods for preparing piezoelectric fiber sheets are summarized and compared. Finally, the current status of MFC application is illustrated by listing the actual application cases of MFC actuator in different fields. The application and development prospect of MFC is presented.
