    焊接工艺参数对7B04-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦点焊接头疲劳性能的影响

    Effect of Welding Process Parameters on Fatigue Property of 7B04-T6 Aluminum Alloy Friction Stir Spot Welded Joint

    • 摘要: 在不同回填时间、插入时间、插入深度、旋转速度下对1.5 mm厚7B04-T6铝合金板进行回填式无匙孔搅拌摩擦点焊,对接头进行拉-拉疲劳试验,研究了焊接工艺参数对接头疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:不同焊接工艺下接头均分为焊核区、热机影响区、热影响区和母材,在热机影响区的两板结合区存在钩状缺陷;焊接工艺参数对接头疲劳寿命的影响程度从弱到强的顺序为回填时间、插入时间、插入深度、旋转速度;在旋转速度为2 500 r·min-1,回填时间为2 s,插入深度为1.9 mm,插入时间为3 s下,接头的疲劳寿命最高,可达211 919周次,疲劳裂纹萌生于两板结合区的钩状缺陷处。

       

      Abstract: 7B04-T6 aluminum alloy plate with thickness of 1.5 mm was welded by refill non-keyhole friction stir spot welding with different refill time, insertion time, insertion depth, and rotation speed, and then tensile-tensile fatigue tests were carried out on the joint. The effect of welding process parameters on fatigue property of the joint was studied. The results show that the joints under different welding processes were all composed of nugget zone, thermo-mechanically affected zone, heat affected zone and base metal. Hook defects were present in the junction zone of the two plates in the thermo-mechanically affected zone. The order of influences of welding parameters on fatigue life of the joint from weak to strong was refill time, insertion time, insertion depth and rotation speed. With the rotation speed of 2 500 r·min-1, the refill time of 2 s, the insertion depth of 1.9 mm, and the insertion time of 3 s, the fatigue life of the joint was the longest of 211 919 cycles. The fatigue crack initiated at hook defects in the junction zone between the two plates.
