    Research Progress on Preparation Technique and Application ofMo2NiB2-based Cermet

    • 摘要: 综述了Mo2NiB2基金属陶瓷的性能与特点,详细介绍了真空液相烧结技术、激光熔覆技术、固相反应法、反应热喷涂法、铸造烧结法等Mo2NiB2基金属陶瓷常用制备方法及各自的优缺点,简述了采用不同技术制备得到Mo2NiB2基金属陶瓷的硬度、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能等,对Mo2NiB2基金属陶瓷的相关应用领域进行了总结,最后对今后我国Mo2NiB2基金属陶瓷的研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The performance and characteristics of Mo2NiB2-based cermet are reviewed, and the common preparation methods, such as vacuum liquid sintering technique, laser cladding technique, solid phase reaction method, reactive thermal spraying method, and casting sintering method, and their advantages and disadvantages of Mo2NiB2-based cermets are described in detail. The hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of Mo2NiB2-based cermets prepared by different techniques are briefly described, and the related application fields of Mo2NiB2-based cermets are summarized. Finally the future research direction of Mo2NiB2-based cermets at home is prospected.
