    短期高温处理后水性无机锌车间底漆的防护性能

    Protective Performance of Waterborne Inorganic Zinc Shop Primers after Short-Term High Temperature Treatment

    • 摘要: 将D1510H型与D1610型两种组成不同的水性无机锌车间底漆喷涂在低碳钢板或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜上,并进行不同温度(400,600,700,800 ℃)下的短期(3 min)高温处理,通过热重-示差扫描量热分析、户外暴晒试验、中性盐雾试验等方法研究了两种车间底漆的防护性能。结果表明:经短期高温处理的两种车间底漆均有金属锌残存,仍具有一定的防护性能;D1510H型车间底漆无机物含量高,经800 ℃高温处理后表面结构致密,仍具有较好的户外防护性能,适用于加工周期短,后续只采用局部表面处理措施的大型钢铁结构的保护;D1610型车间底漆中有机物含量和金属锌含量较高,经700,800 ℃高温处理后表面疏松,可经受600 ℃高温处理,适用于加工周期长,后续会全面二次除锈基材的保护。

       

      Abstract: D1510 H and D1610 two waterborne inorganic zinc shop primers with different compositions were sprayed on the low-carbon steel plate or PET film, and short-term(3 min) high temperature treatments at different temperatures(400, 600, 700, 800 ℃) were carried out. The protective performance of two shop primers was studied by thermogravimetric differential scanning calorimetry analysis, outdoor exposure test and neutral salt spray test. The results show that after short-term high temperature treatment, both of the two shop primers had residual metal zinc indicating they had a certain protective performance. D1510H shop primer had high inorganic content; the shop primer had dense surface structure after high temperature treatment at 800 ℃, and still had good outdoor protective performance; the shop primer was suitable for the protection of large steel structures with short processing cycle and subsequent partial surface treatment measures. D1610 shop primer had high content of organic matter and metal zinc, and had loose surface structure after high temperature treatment at 700,800 ℃, but could withstood high temperature treatment at 600 ℃; it was suitable for the protection of substrates with long processing cycles and subsequent comprehensive secondary rust removal.
