Abstract:
TiO
2 antibacterial coating has the characteristics of long sterilization time and minimal pollution damage, and has an unparalleled application prospect compared with traditional fungicides. The bactericidal mechanism and coating types of TiO
2 coatings are reviewed, and the advantages, disadvantages and application status of main preparation processes, such as sol-gel method, electro-deposition method, magnetron sputtering method, plasma spraying method, and micro arc oxidation method are introduced. The future research direction of TiO
2 antibacterial coating is prospected.
