    Research Progress on Preparation Methods of TiO2 Antibacterial Coating

    • 摘要: TiO2抗菌涂层具有杀菌时效长、污染损害小等特点,有着传统杀菌剂无法比拟的应用前景。综述了TiO2涂层的杀菌机理和涂层种类,对主要的制备工艺,如溶胶-凝胶法、电沉积法、磁控溅射法、等离子喷涂法、微弧氧化法的优缺点和应用现状进行了介绍,并对未来TiO2抗菌涂层的研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: TiO2 antibacterial coating has the characteristics of long sterilization time and minimal pollution damage, and has an unparalleled application prospect compared with traditional fungicides. The bactericidal mechanism and coating types of TiO2 coatings are reviewed, and the advantages, disadvantages and application status of main preparation processes, such as sol-gel method, electro-deposition method, magnetron sputtering method, plasma spraying method, and micro arc oxidation method are introduced. The future research direction of TiO2 antibacterial coating is prospected.
