    熔体急冷和铸型温度对ZZnAl4Y锌合金组织均匀性和力学性能的影响

    Effect of Melt Quenching and Mold Temperature on Microstructure Uniformity and Mechanical Properties of ZZnAl4Y Zinc Alloy

    • 摘要: 分别采用熔体急冷和常规熔铸工艺在不同金属铸型温度(25,200,250,300,350℃)下制备ZZnAl4Y压铸锌合金,研究了熔体急冷和铸型温度对合金显微组织均匀性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着铸型温度的升高,不同熔铸工艺下ZZnAl4Y锌合金中初生η相的圆整度均先增大后减小,组织均匀性先变好后变差,且熔体急冷熔铸工艺下的圆整度更大,组织均匀性更好。当铸型温度为300℃时,熔体急冷熔铸锌合金的初生η相的圆整度最好,组织均匀性最佳。与常规熔铸工艺下室温金属铸型凝固锌合金相比,熔体急冷熔铸工艺下300℃金属铸型凝固锌合金的抗拉强度、断后伸长率和冲击吸收功分别提高了33.9%,320%,21.7%,断裂类型为韧性断裂。

       

      Abstract: ZZnAl4Y die cast zinc alloy was prepared by melt quenching and conventional melting casting processes in the metal mold at different temperatures (25,200,250,300,350℃). The effect of melt quenching and mold temperature on the microstructure uniformity and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated. The results show that with increasing mold temperature, the roundness of primary η phase in ZZnAl4Y zinc alloy under different melting casting processes increased first and then decreased, and the microstructure uniformity decreased first and then increased; the roundness under melt quenching melting casting process was larger and the microstructure uniformity was better. When the mold temperature was 300℃, the roundness of primary η phase and microstructure uniformity in the melt quenching melting casting zinc alloy were the best. Compared with those of zinc alloy solidified in the metal mold at room temperature under conventional melting casting process, the tensile strength, percentage elongation after fracture and impact absorbing energy of zinc alloy solidified in the metal mold at 300℃ under melt quenching melting casting process increased by 33.9%, 320% and 21.7%, respectively, and the fracture type was ductile fracture.
