    添加不同固体润滑剂橡胶复合材料的力学及摩擦磨损性能

    Mechanical and Friction and Wear Properties of Rubber Composites with Different Solid Lubricants

    • 摘要: 制备了添加不同固体润滑剂(鳞片石墨、超高分子量聚四氟乙烯、尼龙6、硅脂、白色减摩剂)的纤维增强丁腈橡胶/丁苯橡胶/复合材料,研究了橡胶复合材料的硫化性能、力学性能和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:添加超高分子量聚四氟乙烯润滑剂的橡胶复合材料的综合硫化性能最佳;润滑剂为鳞片石墨时,复合材料邵氏硬度,拉伸强度最大;润滑剂为超高分子量聚四氟乙烯时,复合材料的动摩擦因数、动摩擦因数稳定度波动幅度、磨损率、干/湿环境下动摩擦因数差值最低,分别为0.27~0.29、2%、1.4×10-7 g·J-1、0.01,耐磨性能和干湿环境交替稳定性最佳。

       

      Abstract: The fiber-reinforced NBR/SBR composites with different solid lubricants (flake graphite, ultra-high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon 6, silicone grease and white antifriction agent) were prepared. The vulcanization, mechanical properties, friction and wear properties of rubber composites were studied. The results show that the rubber composite with ultra-high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene lubricant had the best comprehensive vulcanization property. When the lubricant was flake graphite, the Shore hardness and tensile strength of the composite were the highest. When the lubricant was ultra-high molecular weight polytetrafluoroene, the dynamic friction factor, fluctuation amplitude of the dynamic friction factor stability, wear rate and difference value of the dynamic friction factor in dry/wet environments were the lowest, which were 0.27-0.29, 2%, 1.4×10-7 g·J-1, 0.01, respectively, indicating that the wear resistance and alternating dry/wet environment stability was the best.
