    涡轴发动机燃气涡轮叶片断裂原因

    Fracture Cause of Gas Turbine Blade in Turboshaft Engine

    • 摘要: 某涡轴发动机在厂内试验运行至656.4 h时,一件燃气涡轮叶片在榫头伸根段断裂。通过研究叶片裂纹分布、断口宏观和微观形貌以及开裂部位的应力状态,分析了该叶片断裂原因。结果表明:叶片失效性质为疲劳,疲劳裂纹起源于榫头伸根段排气侧内部第1冷却腔内表面;该型叶片榫头冷却结构设计未考虑应力集中,冷却通道出现较大转角,产生较高水平应力,最终导致叶片断裂和开裂。

       

      Abstract: When a turboshaft engine was test running for 656.4 h in the factory, a gas turbine blade broke at the extended root section of the tenon. The crack distribution, macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the fracture and stress state of cracking part of the blades were studied, and the fracture reason of the blade was analyzed. The results show that the failure property of the blade was fatigue, and the fatigue crack was originated from the inner surface of the first cooling chamber inside the exhaust side of the extended root section of the tenon. Stress concentration was not considered in design of this type of blade tenon cooling structure, and the cooling channel had a large turning angle, resulting in a high stress level, and eventually leading to fracture and cracking of the blades.
