    焊接次数对TC18钛合金中厚板电子束焊接接头组织及性能的影响

    Effect of Welding Time on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Electron Beam Welded Joint of TC18 Titanium Alloy Medium-Thick Plate

    • 摘要: 采用电子束焊接工艺对21 mm厚TC18钛合金板进行了1次与2次(在1次焊接焊缝处以相同工艺再次焊接)焊接试验,研究了焊接次数对接头组织、拉伸性能和硬度的影响。结果表明:2种焊接接头均成形良好,无明显缺陷;相对于1次焊接,2次焊接接头热影响区中的α'相增多,晶粒尺寸增大;焊接接头的抗拉强度高于母材,且2次焊接接头强度更高,但断后伸长率下降,断裂方式均为韧性断裂;1次焊接与2次焊接接头焊缝区的平均显微硬度分别为380,395 HV,均高于母材区,热影响区的平均显微硬度分别为360,350 HV,增加焊接次数提高了焊缝区硬度,降低了热影响区硬度。

       

      Abstract: The single and twice (weld in the same process at the first weld) welding tests of 21 mm thick TC18 titanium alloy plate were carried out by electron beam welding. The effects of welding time on the structure, tensile properties and hardness of the joint were studied. The results show that the two kinds of welded joints were well formed and had no obvious defects. Compared with those of the single welding joint, the α′ phase content and the grain size in the heat affected zone of the twice welding joint increased. The tensile strength of the welding joints was higher than that of the base metal, and that of the twice welding joint was higher, but the percentage elongation after fracture decreased. The fracture modes of the both two joints were ductile fracture. The average microhardness in the weld zone of the single and twice welding joints was 380, 395 HV, respectively, which was higher than that in the base metal, and that of the heat affected zone was 360, 350 HV, respectively. Increasing welding time improved the hardness of the weld zone and reduced that of the heat affected zone.
