    碲改质C70S6非调质钢的旋转弯曲疲劳性能

    Rotating Bending Fatigue Properties of Tellurium Modified C70S6 Non-quenched and Tempered Steel

    • 摘要: 采用升降法和成组法对碲改质C70S6非调质钢进行旋转弯曲疲劳试验,研究了试样的旋转弯曲疲劳性能,分析了碲改质作用机理。结果表明:当置信度为95%,失效概率分别为10%,50%时采用升降法得到的疲劳强度分别为385.0,458.8 MPa,采用成组法时分别为379.9,432.0 MPa,两种方法所测疲劳强度均高于企业要求和未经碲改质C70S6非调质钢;试验钢中硫化物为MnS和Mn(S,Te),大多呈曲率半径小的椭球状,评级结果为细系1.5级,粗系2.0级,其尺寸小于国内未经碲改质C70S6非调质钢,与国外未经碲改质C70S6非调质钢相当;碲改质主要通过调控硫化物形态、减小硫化物尺寸来改善C70S6非调质钢的旋转弯曲疲劳性能。

       

      Abstract: The rotating bending fatigue tests of tellurium modified C70S6 non-quenched and tempered steel were carried out by fluctuation method and group method. The rotating bending fatigue properties of the samples were studied, and the mechanism of tellurium modification was analyzed. The results show that under confidence of 95% and the failure probabilities of 10%, 50%, the fatigue strengths of the test steel according to the fluctuation method were 385.0, 458.8 MPa, and according to the group method were 379.9, 432.0 MPa, respectively. The fatigue strengths obtained by the two methods were all higher than enterprise requirements and than those of C70S6 non-quenched and tempered steel without tellurium modification. The sulfides in the test steel were MnS and Mn(S, Te), most of them were ellipsoids with small curvature radiuses, and the grading results were fine series 1.5 and coarse series 2.0, The sizes of the sulfides were smaller than those of the domestic C70S6 non-quenched and tempered steel without tellurium modification, and was comparable to those of the foreign C70S6 non-quenched and tempered steel without tellurium modification. Tellurium modification improved the rotating bending fatigue properties of C70S6 non-quenched and tempered steel by adjusting the forms of sulfides and reducing the sizes of sulfides.
