    回火温度对5Cr5MoSiV1钢显微组织和性能的影响

    Effect of Tempering Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of 5Cr5MoSiV1 Steel

    • 摘要: 对球化退火态5Cr5MoSiV1钢进行1 050℃×1 h的淬火以及不同温度(515,530,560,590,620℃)保温1 h的回火处理,研究了回火温度对该钢显微组织、硬度、冲击韧性和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:不同温度回火后5Cr5MoSiV1钢的组织均为回火索氏体和少量碳化物,随着回火温度升高,碳化物增多并发生聚集长大,当回火温度超过560℃时,基体回复和再结晶加剧,马氏体板条状特征逐渐模糊;随着回火温度的升高,5Cr5MoSiV1钢的硬度降低,冲击吸收能量先基本不变后升高,磨损质量损失呈先波动下降后升高的趋势。5Cr5MoSiV1钢合适的回火温度为590℃,此时该钢兼具良好的冲击韧性和耐磨性能,硬度为51.1 HRC,冲击吸收能量为25.7 J,磨损质量损失为3.864 g。

       

      Abstract: The spheroidized annealed 5Cr5MoSiV1 steel was quenched at 1 050 ℃ for 1 h and tempered at different temperatures (515,530,560,590,620 ℃) for 1 h. The effect of tempering temperature on the microstructure, hardness, impact toughness, and wear resistance of the steel was studied. The result show that the microstructure of tempered 5Cr5MoSiV1 steel at different temperatures consisted of tempered sorbite and a small amount of carbides. With the increase of tempering temperature, the carbide increased in number and aggregated and grew. When the tempering temperature exceeded 560 ℃, the recovery and recrystallization of the matrix increased, and the characteristics of martensite strip gradually became blurred. With the increase of tempering temperature, the hardness of 5Cr5MoSiV1 steel decreased, the impact absorption energy first remained basically unchanged and then increased, and the wear mass loss first decreased fluctuatingly and then increased. The suitable tempering temperature for 5Cr5MoSiV1 steel was 590 ℃, and the steel had good impact toughness and wear resistance with a hardness of 51.1 HRC, an impact absorption energy of 25.7 J, and a wear mass loss of 3.864 g.
