    Formula for Calculating Residual Stress of Metal Plates by Layer Cutting Method

    • 摘要: 根据材料力学中矩形截面梁的挠度变形方程,推导了一种新的层削法测试矩形截面长条试样残余应力的计算公式,用此公式计算了厚度为165 mm的7050-T7451铝合金轧制板材的残余应力,将该公式计算的残余应力与现有标准公式计算的残余应力进行了比较。结果表明:当铣削层数不超过9时,采用该公式计算的残余应力与现有标准公式计算结果的相对误差不超过6%,说明该公式准确,可以用于计算金属板材残余应力。

       

      Abstract: According to the deflection deformation equation of rectangular beam in material mechanics, a new formula for calculating residual stress of the rectangular section strip specimen by layer cutting method was derived. The residual stress of 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy rolled plate with a thickness of 165 mm was calculated by this formula, and the results calculated by this formula were compared with the results calculated by existing standard formula. The results show that when the milling layer number was not more than 9, the relative error between the residual stress calculated by this formula and the existing standard formula was less than 6%, indicating that this formula was accurate and could be used to calculate the residual stress of metal plate.
