    静电纺丝法制备氧化铝纤维及其应用的研究进展

    Research Progress on Preparation of Alumina Fiber by Electrospinning and Its Application

    • 摘要: 静电纺丝是制备氧化铝纤维的重要途径之一,具有合成过程简单、纤维组分易于调节、纤维结构设计合理等特点,近年来得到快速发展。介绍了静电纺丝技术的原理及进展,系统分析了工艺参数(聚合物参数、溶剂参数、纺丝液参数、过程控制参数、环境参数、热处理参数等)和铝前驱体种类(无机铝源、有机铝源、混合铝源等)对纤维结构和性能的影响,阐述了氧化铝纤维应用领域(吸附过滤、催化、储能、高温隔热),并对静电纺丝法制备氧化铝纤维的未来发展方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Electrospinning is one of the important ways to prepare alumina fiber. It has the characteristics of simple synthesis process, easy adjustment of fiber components and reasonable design of fiber structure, and has developed rapidly in recent years. The principles and advancements of electrospinning technology are described, and the effects of process parameters (such as polymer parameters, solvent parameters, spinning fluid parameters, process control parameters, environmental parameters, and heat treatment parameters) and types of aluminum precursors (including inorganic aluminum, organic aluminum, and hybrid aluminum sources) on fiber structure and properties are systematically analyzed. Various applications of alumina fibers (such as adsorption filtration, catalysis, energy storage, and high-temperature insulation) are described. The future development of alumina fiber prepared by electrospinning method is prospected.
