    磁记录硬盘用L10-FePt薄膜的研究进展

    Research Progress on L10-FePt Film for Magnetic Recording Hard Disk

    • 摘要: L10-FePt薄膜因具有高磁晶各向异性、高饱和磁化强度等优良的磁学性能及良好的化学稳定性,成为下一代超高密度磁记录存储介质的最佳候选者之一。介绍了磁控溅射法、分子束处延法和化学合成法等L10-FePt薄膜制备方法,阐述了薄膜的理想结构和性能,综述了特殊热退火处理、添加隔离介质、制备多层膜结构等3种薄膜结构调控方法,总结了真空热压法、热等静压法和放电等离子烧结法等FePt合金靶材制备工艺,指出了目前研究存在的问题,展望了高密度磁记录存储介质的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: L10-FePt thin film is one of the best candidates for the next generation of ultra-high density magnetic storage media due to its good chemical stability and excellent magnetic properties such as high magnetocrystalline anisotropy, high saturation magnetization. The preparation methods of L10-FePt films by magnetron sputtering, molecular beam epitaxy and chemical synthesis are introduced. The ideal structure and properties of the films are described. Three methods of film structure control, such as special thermal annealing treatment, addition of isolating medium and preparation of multilayer film structure, are reviewed. The preparation techniques of FePt alloy targets by vacuum hot precessing, hot isostatic precessing and discharge plasma sintering are summaried. The problems existing in the current research are pointed, and the development direction of high density magnetic recording media is prospected.
