    风电机组制动片材料摩擦学性能的研究进展

    Research Progress on Tribological Properties of Wind Turbine Brake Pad Materials

    • 摘要: 制动系统作为风电机组的关键部件,对风电机组的安全运行和发电效率起到重要作用,高性能风电制动系统的制动可靠性和使用寿命成为了重点研究课题。从风电制动系统材料组分、服役工况和摩擦磨损性能等方面阐述了制动片的设计要点,总结了试验与有限元仿真结合评估制动温度和稳定性等方面的研究进展,并展望了风电机组制动片材料的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: As a key component of wind turbine, brake system plays an important role in the safe operation and power generation efficiency of wind turbine. The brake reliability and service life of high performance wind turbine brake system has become a key research topic. The design key points of brake pad are described from the aspects of material composition, service condition and friction and wear performance of wind power brake system. The research progress in the evaluation of brake temperature and stability by the combination of test and finite element simulation is summarized, and the development trend of brake pad materials for wind turbines is prospected.
