Abstract:
Laser additive manufacturing heterogeneous metal materials have unique heterogeneous structures and strength and toughness mechanism, and can break the traditional contradiction between the strength and toughness of metal materials and achieve synchronous improvement of strength and toughness. The heterogeneous structure and its synergistic mechanism of strength and toughness are briefly introduced. The laser additive manufacturing methods, microstructure evolution and performance optimization of the five typical heterogeneous metal materials, including bimodal structure, harmonic structure, layered structure, gradient structure and biphase structure, are described in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of different heterogeneous metal materials are summarized. the existing problems are put forward, and the future research direction is also prospected.
