    激光增材制造异构金属材料的研究进展

    Research Progress on Laser Additive Manufacturing Heterogeneous Metal Materials

    • 摘要: 激光增材制造异构金属材料具有独特的异构组织结构和强韧性机制,能够打破金属材料强度与韧性之间的传统矛盾,实现强韧性同步提升。简要介绍了异构组织及其强韧性协同机理,详细阐述了双峰结构、谐波结构、层状结构、梯度结构、双相结构等5种典型异构金属材料的激光增材制造方法、组织演变和性能优化,归纳总结了不同异构金属材料的优缺点,提出了目前存在的问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Laser additive manufacturing heterogeneous metal materials have unique heterogeneous structures and strength and toughness mechanism, and can break the traditional contradiction between the strength and toughness of metal materials and achieve synchronous improvement of strength and toughness. The heterogeneous structure and its synergistic mechanism of strength and toughness are briefly introduced. The laser additive manufacturing methods, microstructure evolution and performance optimization of the five typical heterogeneous metal materials, including bimodal structure, harmonic structure, layered structure, gradient structure and biphase structure, are described in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of different heterogeneous metal materials are summarized. the existing problems are put forward, and the future research direction is also prospected.
