    钛合金表面耐磨损PVD涂层及制备技术研究进展

    Research Progress on PVD Wear Resistance Coating on Titanium Alloy Surface and Preparation Technology

    • 摘要: 为提高钛合金表面的硬度及耐磨性能,常采用物理气相沉积(PVD)技术在其表面制备涂层。介绍了类金刚石涂层、改性氮化物涂层、复合氮化物涂层、梯度涂层等常见的PVD涂层,系统阐述了磁控溅射技术、离子镀技术、离子束辅助沉积技术、真空蒸发镀技术等常用PVD技术的特点,归纳了基底偏压、溅射功率、沉积气压、沉积温度、阴极弧流等调控涂层磨损性能的工艺参数,指出了目前耐磨损PVD涂层制备存在的问题,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of titanium alloy surface, physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology is often used to prepare coatings on its surface. The common PVD coatings such as diamond-like carbon coating, modified nitride coating, compound nitride coating and gradient coating are introduced. The characteristics of common PVD technologies such as magnetron sputtering technique, ion plating technique, ion beam assisted deposition technique and vacuum evaporation plate technique are systematically expounded. The process parameters to control the wear performance of the coating such as substrate bias, sputtering power, deposition pressure, deposition temperature and cathode arc current are summarized. The existed question of PVD wear resistant coating was pointed out, and the development trent was prospected.
